Thank you for choosing 2DXLABS.
Last updated: June 16, 2025
We build our products to entertain, challenge, and sometimes provoke—and we’re proud to serve a growing community of thousands who dive in daily. Since we can’t connect with every player personally, these Terms of Service help set expectations, maintain transparency, and draw the lines clearly.
In this document, “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to 2DXLABS LLC.
When we say “Services,” we mean our websites (COOM.XXX, 2DXLABS.COM, SOULCOOM.COM) and any product created and maintained by 2DXLABS LLC, including all versions of Soulcoom, whether accessed through a browser, desktop app, mobile app, or otherwise.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete security.
When we say “you” or “your,” we’re referring to the people or organizations who use our Services. We have a separate ownership policy specifically for Soulcoom.
Terms and Updates
By using our Services, now or in the future, you’re agreeing to the most recent version of these Terms. If we make significant updates, we’ll update the date at the top of the page and notify users where appropriate (via email or on-site). Not enforcing a provision doesn’t mean we’ve waived it. If you break the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. We take that seriously, and we try to earn your trust by being transparent about who we are and how we operate. Reach out any time: Support@coom.xxx.
Account Terms
- You’re responsible for your account’s security and that of your users. We recommend two-factor authentication—and in some cases, we require it.
- You may not use our Services for any prohibited purposes (see Use Restrictions).
- You’re accountable for all content and activity under your account.
- Only humans may create accounts—no bots or automated tools.
- Again: Services are “as is,” with no guarantees of uptime, security, or fitness for a particular use.
Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes
- We don’t process payments ourselves. Billing is handled by third-party platforms like Patreon or Steam. Their terms apply.
- Free versions of our products are truly free—no credit card required, no data sold.
- If we ever handle billing directly, we’ll communicate terms clearly and publicly in advance.
Cancellation and Termination
- Canceling is your responsibility. Most Services include a one-click cancel link. Emailing support doesn’t count as automatic cancellation.
- Canceling makes your content immediately inaccessible. Within 30 days, we delete all active records; within 60, we delete backups.
- Cancel before your billing cycle ends to avoid the next charge. We don’t prorate unused time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason. Suspension restricts access; termination deletes data. We use this clause to address harmful behavior. See our Use Restrictions for details.
- Abuse or threats toward our team will result in immediate termination.
Modifications to Service and Pricing
- We’ll support our Services as long as our service exists. However, we reserve the right to change or shut down features.
- Price changes may apply through Steam or Patreon in the future. If they affect you, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice via email and/or site updates.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
- We don’t offer SLAs, but we do prioritize uptime. Check https://coom.xxx for current status.
- Excessive usage may lead to temporary throttling. We’ll reach out first unless it’s urgent.
- We protect your data with encryption, backups, and monitoring. See our [Security Overview] and [Security Response Guide] for details.
We may access your data only:
- With your permission for support requests
- When debugging serious issues
- To secure the platform during investigations
- As required by U.S. law (we resist all non-U.S. legal requests unless compelled via treaty)
- We use trusted third-party vendors to run our infrastructure. Under CCPA, we are a service provider, meaning we only use your data as described in this agreement and never sell it.
- These Terms incorporate our [Data Processing Addendum] when GDPR/UK GDPR applies.
Copyright and Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of anything you upload. We just need a license to display and operate it.
- We may remove content at our discretion.
- You may not copy, reuse, or sell any part of the Services without permission—including HTML, CSS, JS, or art.
- Logo usage requires written approval: Support@coom.xxx
For DMCA claims, send a proper notice to support@coom.xxx including:
- Description of the work
- Link to infringing material
- Contact info
- Statement of good faith under penalty of perjury
Features and Bugs
We build based on feedback and test rigorously—but no software is perfect. We fix what we can, prioritize privacy/security bugs, and listen to your reports.
APIs and Integrations
- Use our APIs at your own risk.
- Do not use them for surveillance or anything creepy.
- Excessive or abusive use may result in throttling or removal.
- We’re not responsible for third-party integrations.
User-Generated Content
We plan to support UGC. When enabled, you’ll be responsible for your own content. No hate speech, threats, illegal activity, or anything that violates our rules. We reserve the right to moderate or remove UGC and cooperate with law enforcement as needed.
Liability
We are not liable for:
- Lost profits, data, or goodwill
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage
- Service interruptions, bugs, or third-party issues
Choosing to use our Services means placing a bet on us. If it goes sideways, that risk is on you—not us. We strive to be a safe bet by investing in infrastructure, people, and doing right by our users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes go to Texas courts.
We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (acts of God, war, outages, etc.).
